Dental care
Our dental procedures include the use of Dental Radiography to assist with disease diagnosis and improved treatement plans.
Diagnostics
Our Laboratory has been recently upgraded and all our In house blood tests are processed using the most latest laser technology. Blood samples can be sent away to the external laboratory if required.
Surgery
A variety of surgeries can be performed in the clinic including desexing, lump removal, traumatic repairs, amputations, and more.
Vaccinations
We stock a large range of pet Vaccines from your annual core F2/F3/C3/C5 to your three year vaccinations. Other vaccines may be available on request.
Pharmacy
There is a wide variety of medications available improving our medication treatment options for our patients and providing a more effecient service to our client base.
Rescue Kittens - Adoption
Our rescue kitten program assists approved community members in responsibly rehoming unwanted kitten litters, while provided discount female desexings to queens of these kittens
Our Complementing Housecall Service
The House Call servcice was established in July 2016 and has serviced clients in Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer, Toowomba & Western Brisbane regions. The service provides a good variety of non-emergency services to pet owners. The vet clinic is used as internal referral for more urgent cases as well as our surgery and other internal diagnostic cases.
Diagnostic Imaging Services
For diagnostic imaging, we have a high quality digital Xray machine showcasing Fujis' Wireless Technology. The digital dental Xray machine is a new addition for oral care in pets. Our Ultrasound Unit complements & completes our diagnostic imaging services.

Treatment Area
The treatment area is separate to the sterile surgery allowing for procedures such as Dentals, abscesses or other non-sterile wounds, clipping, bathing and other procedures.
Intensive Care Unit
We have an intensive care unit located centrally in the Vet Clinic for better monitoring of patients. The Vet Clinic has two separate patient rooms, allowing for better boarding arrangements of patients depending on their needs. On the Mezzanine floor, our staff area includes fascilities for staff to stay overnight so your pet is never left unattended.
Retail
We are proud to stock and support Australian Made and owned products. The Delicate Care range has featured on our shelves for four years. Other Australian suppliers include Dermcare Vet with their amazing skin product range and recently the Queensland based Coopers Collars with their fantastically vibrant PVC long wearing collars.
COVID-19
During COVID-19 lockdowns and throughout current restrictions, we were and still are, well equipped for forced operational changes to our business. Our Vet Van was and still is an amazing asset allowing for Curbside Veterinary Care while having to enforce social distancing. We were so grateful to our clients who supported and respected our limitations and allowed us to carry on our service with great humour and compliment.
